Registration for exhibitors
we are pleased to announce that we have launched a special System to register your participation in the fairs organized by Murator EXPO, which should improve communication between Exhibitors and the Organizer.
The system is intuitive and we hope that its introduction will facilitate your work and allow you easily and in a less time-consuming way to provide us with information and apply changes to your orders.
Enter the company name, tax identification number and other data as well as e-mail / login - please provide the company address of the person responsible for placing the order, all notifications will be sent to this address.
2. After registering, you will receive e-mails from: BOK ExpoSupport.pl from: firstname.lastname@example.org with information about registration confirmation and account activation. After receiving these messages, you can log in to the System and complete the registration application.
3. All documents related to the participation in the Fair will be visible on your account: order, pro forma invoice, VAT invoice after prior approval of e-invoices, notifications about the upcoming payment deadline prior to the Fair.
Individual arrangements will be visible in your order after verification and acceptance by the Organizer. If you need to supplement your equipment, you will be informed about it.
Please, consider the system as the only form of providing the Organizer with all information related to the placed orders and settlements.
